Caffeine & Philosophy: Year-in-Review

Overall, 2020 has been a modest improvement for this blog.

30,438 is up from 30,012 in 2019, and 15,621 in 2018.

The most popular posts from this year were “Post Physique” and the Return of Ethos (1), and How to Win a 4th Generation War (4). Previous years’ popular posts included I Was Wrong About Jordan Peterson (2) and Review: Bronze-Age Mindset (3).

Between working on books, family obligations, and apprenticeship work, it’s been a struggle to write every day, which is the single best thing to improve traffic and quality. Despite these, challenges, I will see what I can do to aim for 5+ blog posts per week in 2021.

This may involve generally not including featured images with posts, as a rule.

I will also try to spend more time writing about Homer. After the next book comes out (which will be sometime in 2021, no promises on precisely when), there will be a lot to write about to, and more time to review what other people have had to say on the matter. Christian readers may be pleasantly surprised by what I have to say in this book.

Happy New Years from Caffeine & Philosophy, and see you all next year.
